Care & Maintenance (Before First Use)

1. Wash the pot thoroughly and heat it on medium heat, then switch to low heat.

2. Add a small amount of cooking oil and use a paper towel (held with chopsticks or tongs) to coat the interior evenly.

3. Keep on low heat for 3–5 minutes.

4. Repeat 2–3 times for best seasoning results.

Dry completely after each wash to prevent rust.
